Terms of Service
Effective October 2, 2026. By using this site or calling the number shown, you agree to these terms.
Using This Site and the Call Line
These terms govern your use of proplumbingmissionviejo.com and the phone numbers shown on it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or call the number. We may update the terms, and continued use after a change means you accept it.
Independent Providers
This site is operated by an independent marketing company and is not itself a plumbing contractor. Calls are connected to independent local service providers. Each provider is solely responsible for its license, insurance, permits, pricing, workmanship and warranties.
Any agreement for work is between you and the provider. We are not a party to that agreement and do not guarantee the availability, timing, quality or price of any provider's work. You should confirm the provider's license and insurance before work starts.
Informational Content Only
The guides, tables and checklists on this site are general information. They are not professional advice, a quote, a diagnosis or a substitute for an on-site inspection. Codes, permit rules and water district policies change, and local requirements may differ from what a page says.
Statements about insurance, building codes, rebates and local rules are general. Check with your insurer, the City of Mission Viejo or your water district about your own situation.
This Is Not an Emergency Service
If anyone is in danger, call 911. If you smell gas, leave the house and call 911 or SoCalGas at 800-427-2200 from outside. The call line connects you to a plumbing provider and is not an emergency response service.
Pricing, Estimates and Call Recording
Prices are set by the provider who handles your job. Free estimates apply to planned, non-emergency work, and emergency work is priced before it starts. Final price depends on conditions found on site.
Calls may be recorded and tracked as described in our privacy policy. By calling, you consent to that.
Disclaimer and Limit of Liability
The site and the call line are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from work done by an independent provider.
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.
