Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the website proplumbingmissionviejo.com and to calls made to the phone numbers shown on it. The site is operated by an independent marketing company, not by a plumbing contractor. Calls are connected to independent local plumbing providers, who have their own privacy practices.

The site has no accounts, no forms and no online booking. The main way we receive information is through phone calls.

Call information. When you call, our call tracking service may record your phone number, the date and time, the length of the call and which page or source led you to call. Calls may be recorded for quality, dispute resolution and routing. You will usually hear a notice at the start of a recorded call.

Website data. Our web host and security systems keep standard server logs, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested and time of visit. The site does not run advertising cookies of its own.

Third-party content. The site hosts its own fonts. The service-area maps are embedded from Google Maps, and Google may receive your IP address and set cookies when a map loads, under Google's own privacy policy.

We use call and website data to connect your call, measure which pages help people, improve accuracy, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We share call information, including your number and what you say, with the independent provider who handles your call, so they can respond to you.

We may also share information with service providers who host the site, track calls or maintain security, and with authorities when the law requires. We do not sell information to advertisers. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We keep call records and server logs for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and then delete or anonymize them. Retention periods can vary by system.

We use reasonable technical safeguards, such as HTTPS and access controls on the services we use. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you. You may also request deletion or correction, and opt out of sharing for cross-context advertising. We do not discriminate against you for using these rights.
